Had a hot water tank leak in my basement. Rob quickly came out and cleaned up water and put fans down. He then gave me an estimate to clean the carpets and I had him back out. Very professional, expedient, and fair.

We had three rooms done, one room had ink stains and I'm happy to say they are GONE! The other rooms had regular wear stains that mostly came up, a few organic stains that all came up, and the carpets look good. Will call on them again.
